| As I think about the necc. expense of putting my Z back on the road the old adage above keeps running through my head. A guy's got to have goals. My goals are an 11 second street car suitable for daily driving but a king (or at least Jack) at the track and strip. As important to me is overall dependabilty and durability. Yes, this is subjective (hereafter: sub.) I like to over-buy parts not only to allow for future mods, but for the durability they offer (sub). My funds are not unlimited, but perhaps better than some (sub). By overall durability, I shooting for something like 6-10 oil changes without significant (sub) mechanical breakdown, outside of maintenance (sub). I am not afraid to put money in the car, but I do have wife, daughter and dog, (each one as cute as the last (sub)), Anyway, as I said above, I'm hoping to start a discussion, if for no other reason but to keep my goals alive and get my mind off the other garbage in my life (sub). (not wdd&c, they are my joy (sub)). Sorry to be so long winded, but if you don't like it just VTD. Not you admins.
